The purpose of an assessment interview is to help you determine your home care requirements and decide what services must be provided to an appropriate level of care. A friendly and professional representative of Welcome Home Care will visit with you, ask you a few questions about your loved one’s physical and mental health and give you the opportunity to ask them any questions you have about our services or caregivers. The in-home assessment interviews are no-charge and no-obligation. They are a great way to learn more about our services and senior care in general.
The representative will help you determine what services best fit your situation, from running errands to companionship and house cleaning based on your loved one’s medical conditions, diet, routines, transportation needs, lifestyle and assistance they need to maintain their independence and sense of freedom. They will also help you decide whether your will need a companion or PSW.
Using this information, we can then develop a highly effective, customized and flexible home care plan. From this, we personally select a highly qualified caregiver who best fits your needs and preferences. When the meeting is over, you will feel better informed about home care for seniors, confident about the effectiveness and reliability of our services and glad to have us as part on your team looking after you and your loved one’s best interests.
